8 heaped tablespoons (125g) of Mc Donnells Curry Sauce Mix.
4 large chicken breasts (sliced into strips)
1 large onion (chopped).
1 large Red Pepper (chopped).
100 mls of cream.
COOKING TIME 15-20 MINS
Follow the directions to make 4 servings of McDonnells Curry Sauce.
As the sauce is cooking, heat the oil in a wok of frying pan, and stir fry the chicken strips for 5 minutes until cooked through.
Add the onions and peppers, and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Pour in the sauce and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Gently stir in the cream and allow the flavours to infuse for 2 minutes.
Serve with rice and naan bread.
