7 heaped tablespoons (100g) of McDonnells Chinese Curry Sauce Mix.
4 lean chicken breasts (sliced into strips).
1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
1 large onion (chopped).
1 large green pepper (chopped).
Follow the directions to make 4 servings of McDonnells Chinese Curry Sauce.
As the sauce is cooking, heat the oil in a wok or frying pan, and stir fry the chicken strips for 5 minutes until cooked through.
Add the onion and green pepper and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Pour in the sauce and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Allow the flavours to infuse for 2 minutes.
Serve with boiled or fried rice.
