7 heaped tablespoons (100g) of McDonnells Tikka Masala Curry Sauce Mix.
4 large chicken breasts (sliced into strips).
2 tablespoons cooking oil.
1 large onion (diced).
80-100 ml of cream.
Large bunch of fresh coriander (chopped).
If you like, toast a handful of sliced almonds and sprinkle on top to add an extra crunch.

Follow the directions to make 4 serving of McDonnells Tikka Masala Curry Sauce.
As the sauce is cooking, heat the oil in a wok or frying pan, and stir fry the chicken for 5 minutes until cooked through.
Add the onions, and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Pour in the sauce, add cream. Gently stir and allow flavours to infuse for 2 minutes.
Add in chopped coriander, stir and serve.
Serve with basmati rice and naan bread.
